We’re settled back in her room on 3 North. Avry is doing so well—as long as she doesn’t move.
It’s been a long, exhausting day.
Jake looked at me earlier and said, “They really prepare you for the very worst—even her blood loss was minimal than what they prepared for.”
That’s God.
That’s you—your prayers, your faith, your love.
That’s the miracles showing up in the smallest and biggest ways.
It’s the reminder that no matter what, God runs the show. He holds us—every single one of us—in the palm of His hand.
We’ve been wrapped in the kindness, care, and strength of this community. Thank you for spending your day in prayer. Thank you for checking in, sending messages, and carrying us with your compassion.
Thank you for making compassion a priority—even when you can’t fathom it, or don’t know how or what to do. Your willingness to show up anyway means the world to us.
We end this day overwhelmed—with fatigue, yes—but even more so with gratitude.
Thank you for loving us through it.
