Stella is finally getting her NJ tube off her face. I’m so excited to be able to see my sweet girls face with no tape,tubes,oxygen just her perfect little face!!!! Stella will be getting a GJ tube so it will be on her stomach and this will help with her breathing and congestion getting that tube out her nose. I do not know if Stella will be able to eat one day but this is a step in the right direction and maybe now we can get a swallow study and work on that in the future. Stella has never attempted to try a bottle or anything due to aspiration so we don’t know what this little miracle is capable of moving forward. She decided today that she likes to hear herself make noises and she hasn’t stopped babbling I’m so happy 😁!!!!! This girl is doing big things and I’m so lucky for everyday God gives me with her. She may be fragile but she’s also a warrior. Please keep Stella in your thoughts and prayers tomorrow as she has this surgery and heals . I’m absolutely terrified but I also know this will give her a better quality of life so I’m trying to be brave and do what’s best for my sweet girl. I appreciate all of you!!!!!!!
