And somehow it feels impossible that there was ever a life before you. Like we have lived infinite lifetimes together already and still can’t get enough of knowing you.

Camila, you are the brightest light we know. Joy pours out of you in every direction. In your laughter, your determination, your presence. You feel everything with your whole body and let the world know exactly how you experience it.

One of our favorite things about you is how deeply connected you are to yourself already. You move through the world with such certainty about what you need, what you love, what feels right to you. When something captures your heart, you chase it with your whole body. We hope you carry that kind of self-trust with you forever.

You hear and connect to the world in a way that makes us slow down and notice it too. The swell of an instrumental, leaves rustling in the wind, the soft hum of the refrigerator late at night. The smallest details most people would miss, you feel them down to your bones. You are so grounded in the present moment, and loving you has taught us how to be there too.

Watching you grow is the greatest honor of our lives.
