Looks like I won’t be needing a hair tie anytime soon. Thank you to my girl Heidi Schroeder of Evolution Mpls for blessing me with the chop. ✂️ To say she’s gifted in her creativity is an understatement and her salon is peaceful and such a beautiful space. My mom and my sister Shalom helped brush out what tangled curls I still had left before the cut, and my girl Michele was there to capture all the moments. 

I had my 3rd round of chemo this week and between Tuesday and Saturday, I lost 1/3 of my hair. I knew it was coming, I just wasn’t fully prepared. The club I never asked to join, but there are so many women who’ve gone before me. 🎀 

I continue drawing strength from the many who are surrounding me. Post op tomorrow, port placement on Tuesday, 4th round of chemo Thursday. Thank you for being in my corner. The fight continues. 🩷
