Welcome to our Support Registry! This Support Registry is built to give clear direction to everyone who wants to help the Hendricks family.
We know you’ve been kept up to speed on the Hendricks and Baby Banks in the last few weeks. As of mid-May, bloodwork returned a positive result indicating that Banks will have achondroplasia, but a diagnosis will not be confirmed until his birth. Martie is scheduled for a c-section on June 10, and will be busy with appointments and preparations in the coming weeks.
We are trying to think of ways to actively support them in this next month as they prep for his arrival and whatever it may bring.
There are still obviously a lot of unknowns, but one thing we can reasonably anticipate is an increase in expenses because of a variety of factors (Banks’ medical needs, potential accommodations, additional childcare for Knox/Davis, etc.) If you would like to give financially, please visit their GoFundMe here: https://gofund.me/b82e3a86. We’re reaching out to the Hendrick’s circles to ask you to consider to help lighten their load. We are simply trying to combine the resources we have and be the body of Jesus to our friends while they need us.
Whether you’re willing to give money, send meals, or lend a hand, your support makes a real difference. We will add more opportunities to serve them as schedules are confirmed but for now we have begun a meal train, have added carpool needs, and bi-weekly lawn maintenance needs.
