Hi friends and family,
We’re reaching out during a deeply important time for our little girl. Abigail is 3 years old and was born with 22q Duplication. After much evaluation, she’s been referred to both CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) and Boston Children’s for a complicated airway reconstruction surgery—a procedure that’s vital for her health and future.

After much evaluation, she’s been referred to both CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia) and Boston Children’s for a complicated airway reconstruction surgery—a procedure that’s vital for her health and future.
This unexpected journey comes with significant challenges, including travel out of state and an estimated $50,000 in out-of-pocket medical expenses, even after insurance. On top of that, there are ongoing costs for transportation, lodging, meals, and missed work while we navigate care far from home.
We’ve set up this page not only for financial support but also for practical help through the LEND a Hand feature—things like meals and small acts of kindness that make a big difference.
